研究方向
致力于构建“化学生物学+多组学”相联合的系统毒理学研究体系,包括:
(1) 基于质谱建立ADME分析体系,探究新型污染物的毒靶器官;
(2) 构建单细胞组学的分析体系,了解污染物的毒靶细胞;
(3) 开发新型探针和化学蛋白组学方法(ABPP、CCCP),以鉴定环境污染物的靶蛋白。
通过构建“靶器官-靶细胞-靶蛋白”的系统的研究体系,从而了解新污染物的分子起始事件(MIE)及其有害结局路径(AOP),并解析其毒作用机制(MOA)。
以第一作者身份在Nature Protocols、Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry、Analytica Chimica Acta等国际权威学术期刊发表多篇SCI论文。
主要承担的课题:
